Just got done reading Strongman: The Doug Hepburn Story by Tom Thurston. It was a phenomenal read. I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves the iron game. Hepburn was an amazing lifter and vastly unappreciated.

This will be cool to watch. I seriously considered running Doug's program during this recent cycle but opted out for Paul Carter's Lift-Run-Bang template while I do a long term cut. I wish you best. This will make you strong. Callador on the forum here started out doing Hep's plan and he (Callador) is a monster now . . .good on you!
