My form was better than usual on the power-cleans. I focused on the 3rd pull and racking the bar with a bit of flex in my knees. Since that went well I also bumped the top triple on the deadlift for a p.r. A good night.

I calculated all of the sub-maximal sets off of a 1rm of 335 instead of 330, trying to push the volume up a bit. This was better than last cycle, but not quite there. All of my accessories are aimed at pushing my deadlift right now, so it isn't surprising that progress on the bench has slowed.
