I did cleans on Wednesdays and DL on Friday so I never really had a problem.
Saturday 11/17

Slightly weird rest day here. I replaced the bench with rows per the physio's orders. I'll stick with this plan until the right shoulder is feeling good, then re-introduce dips. I *may* then go back to benching as well if the dips don't generate any soreness.

p.r. in squat/press, so the trip to Texas-land is starting to bear fruit. 3 wheel squat slated for next Monday!
Thursday 11/29

A regular pattern is emerging where I make the deadlift every other week. The first 3 are usually pretty straightforward, but every other week the 4th one is pretty grindy and kills the 5th.

Another weird rest day with no pressing. Maybe next Saturday I'll try out some body weight dips.
Monday 12/3

Three wheel squat at last. Form was pretty good, with only a bit of struggle on the 5th rep. Never in danger of missing, thankfully. The power-cleans were pretty messy, though. I was simply tired, I think, but I'll try to work on form a bit before the next volume day.
