    Squat - eb 3x5, 100lbs x5, 140lbs x4, 190lbs x3, 230lbs x2, 260lbs x1
    280lbs x5

    Bench - eb 3x10, 100lbs x5, 140lbs x3, 170lbs x1
    180lbs x5

    PC - 95lbs 3x3, 115lbs 2x3, 125lbs x3, 135lbs 2x1
    140lbs 5x3

Very nice session. Squats felt good. Bench was no issue. The PC's were smooth, didn't miss a rack - never bumped the sternum. I'm entering uncharted territory on the sets of five for the Squats, and I don't feel like I'm close the missing a rep at the moment.

    Squat - eb 3x5, 100lbs x5, 140lbs x3, 190lbs x2, 230lbs x1
    260lbs 5x5

    Press - eb 1x10, 65lbs x5, 85lbs x3, 95lbs x2, 105lbs x1
    117.5lbs 5x5

    Deadlift - 135lbs 2x5, 230lbs x3, 320lbs x1, 350lbs x1 (doh)
    370lbs x5 (s/g)

Today's VD is a day early, as I'm playing in the City Platform Tennis Tourny tomorrow. Everything felt good, though the 5th reps in the last two Squat sets got a little slow. Press was no problem. Deadlift was fine as well.

    Oye, not a good day on the courts. Went 0 for 3, D.I.D. N.O.T. W.I.N. A. S.E.T....

Wish I could blame it on volume day, but the truth is my play was atrocious and my partner weren't that much better.

    So endeth the 2015 - 2016 season.

    Squat - eb 3x5, 95lbs x5, 135lbs x3, 185lbs x2, 205lbs x1
    215lbs 2x5

    Bench - eb 3x10, 95lbs x5, 115lbs x3, 140lbs x1
    150lbs 3x5

    Chins +30lbs 5x5

    Dips +15lbs 3x10

Chins at 30lbs were easy, color me shocked. The rest was a normal recovery day.

    Squat - eb 3x5, 95lbs x5, 135lbs x4, 185lbs x3, 225lbs x2, 265lbs x1
    285lbs x5

    Press - eb 3x10, 70lbs x5, 90lbs x3, 110lbs x2, 120lbs x1
    130lbs x5

    PC's - 95lbs 2x3, 115lbs x3, 125lbs x2, 135lbs x1
    142.5lbs 5x3

Squats are, and will continue to be, rep PR's from here on out. Definitely slower but not grindy. Press was no real issue. Getting close to rep PR's here as well. PC's were OK. Bounced the last rep of the last set off the sternum. I keep re-learning that these really require a commitment to the pull above the knees.

Another Volume Day a day early. I'm getting the yard in shape over the weekend as a Mother's Day gift for the bride and it's gonna be a big job.

Squats were solid. I pushed the Bench up 5lbs as I'm behind my ID numbers, no issues. Deadlift was OK, hook gripped everything through 315...definitely need to toughen things up as 315 was uncomfortable. Once the warm-up was over it took an hour and a half to get this all in.

Squat was hard, the last rep was sticky - that said this was a rep PR. Bench was harder than it should have been, sloppy with the bar path. PC's were the best of the lot, only bumped the sternum once.
