    RD #2-5 (reps / sets)
    Squat - eb 3x5, 60kg x5, 80kg x3, 100kg x2, 107kg x1
    112.5kg 3x3

    Press - eb 3x5, 30kg x5, 40kg x3, 50kg x2, 55kg x1
    58.5kg 5x3

    Chins - bw 6x6 every 90 seconds

    Solid squats.

Decided to Clean the bar to start the Press. I'm of the opinion that just unracking the bar is not enough to get me "going". I feel like I'm behind the eight ball in terms of intensity. We'll see how it goes on ID, today was OK.

Chins - Just good work on short rest.

    ID #2-5
    Squat - eb 3x5, 60kg x5, 80kg x4, 100kg x3, 120kg x2, 130kg x1
    140kg x3

    Bench - eb 3x5, 95lbs x5, 135lbs x4, 155lbs x3, 175lbs x2, 185lbs x1
    195lbs x3

    PC's - eb 3x3, 40kg 2x3, 50kg x3, 60kg x2, 65kg x1
    70 kg 3x3

Good Squats, felt comfortable under the bar.

Bench was disappointing, as the "weak" right arm appeared out of nowhere?!? da fuq...

PC's were solid and 70kg is a PR...

    ID #2-6 (reps / sets)
    Squat - eb 3x5, 60kg x5, 80kg x3, 100lg x2, 120kg x1
    132.5kg 3x5

    Press - eb 3x5, 30kg x5, 40kg x3, 50kg x2, 55kg x1
    59kg 3x5

    Deadlift - 70kg 5x2, 120kg x3, 140kg x2, 160kg x1
    175kg x3

Good Squats, tired towards the end.

Cleaned the bar for the Press, again. Need to work on tightness on the first rep after cleaning. Otherwise, good triples.

Strong Deadlifts. That Ohio PB is a cheesegrater though...owww.

I'm liking Jordan's TM tweak #2. Hard work, but not so hard that it buries me. We'll see how weeks 7 & 8 go.

    RD #2-6 (reps / sets)
    Squat - eb 5x3, 60kg x5, 80kg x3, 100kg x2, 110kg x1
    115kg 3x3

    Bench - eb 10x2, 140lbs x5, 160lbs x2, 170lbs x1
    180lbs 3x3

Chins - bw 7x7 every two minutes.

Basic recovery day, no issues. Oohh, and I've gained five pounds since joining this new gym. I've been much better about eating a bit more at dinner and lunch, plus a before bed PB&J. Finally it's adding up...

    ID #2-6 (reps / sets)
    Squat - eb 5x5, 60kg x5, 80kg x4, 100kg x3, 120kg x2, 132.5kg x1
    142.5kg x3 PR

    Press - eb 5x3, 30kg x5, 40kg x3, 51.5kg x2, 57.5kg x1
    61.5kg x3

    PC - the above for singles, plus 65kg x1, 70kg x1
    72.5kg 3x3 PR

Pretty F'n good day. The Squats felt good, never a doubt in any of the reps. Cleaned the bar to start the Presses and the reps at 61.5kg were OK, there might have been a fourth, but three is better than the last go round. The Cleans were strong, good set up and made my mind up to just pull the damn bar like my life depended on it. All the cleans were well racked.
Can't decide which lift I'm happier with at the moment as both were rep PR's. Last cycle's attempt at 142.5kg was stapled to the pins on the first rep. So these three reps ROCK! As to the Cleans, they're fun and I feel like I'm getting the hang of them.

    Onwards...

    VD #2-7 (reps / sets)
    Squat - eb 5x5, 60kg x5, 80kg x4, 100kg x3, 120kg x2, 130kg x1
    137.5kg 3x2, 135kg 3x2, 132.5kg x3

    Bench - eb 10x3, 30kg x5, 40kg x3, 60kg x2, 75kg x1
    85kg 3x2, 82.5kg 3x2, 80kg x3

    Deadlift - 70kg 2x5, 110kg x3, 140kg x2, 160kg x1, 170kg x1
    177.5kg x1

    Yeccchhh...

For as good as last session was, this was as poor. Squats were tough and I went down the ladder with the weight to get them all in. At least the weight stayed at 90% of my last ID work. Bench was the same thing. Deads were dead. I'm gonna write this session off to it being "one of those days".

    ID #2-7 (reps / sets)
    Squat - eb 5x5, 60kg x5, 80kg x4, 100kg x3, 120kg x2, 135kg x1
    145kg 1x5

    Bench - eb 3x10, 95lbs x5, 135lbs x3, 165lbs x2, 185lbs x1
    197.5lbs 1x5

    PC's - 30kg 3x2, 40kg x3, 50kg x2, 60kg x1, 65kg x1, 70kg x1
    75kg 1x5

Good day's work. Strong Squats. Good Bench, which got better with each set. The PC's started out a little rough, but I got better with each set (she turned me into a newt...I got betta...).

Last week of this adventure coming up. Should be PRs on the Squat for singles. Everything else is still a ways away from PR territory.

    VD #2-8 (reps / sets)
    Squat - eb 5x5, 60kg x5, 80kg x4, 100kg x3, 115kg x2, 125kg x1
    135kg 3x4

    Press - eb 3x5, 30kg x5, 40kg x3, 50kg x2, 55.5kg x1
    60.5kg x3, x2, x2, x2

    Deadlift - 70kg x5, 120kg x3, 160kg x1
    180kg x1, 170kg x3

Solid Squat session, got the required reps without a struggle.

The Press was tough, just no third rep - got it to the top of the head and couldn't transition.

Deads were better. Decided to pull on at 180kg, which was pretty solid and not too grindy. I followed that up with a triple at 170, last rep took forrrrreverrrr.

    Onto recovery...

    RD #2-8 (reps / sets)
    Squat - eb 5x5, 60kg x5, 80kg x4, 90kg x3, 100kg x2, 110kg x1
    117kg 3x3

    Bench - eb 3x10, 95lbs x5, 165lbs x3, 185lb x2, 200lbs x1
    182.5lbs 3x5

Basic recovery day. Though I did see the gym owner Squat 270kg for 1 - that there was an eye opener.
