    Great session.
    Deads were solid, 190kg came up with a little form break but not a grind as such. Haven't pulled 190kg in forever...

    Bench was strong as well, 93kg was no issue. The rest of the work was easy peasy.

    Squat was OK. Missed the Bench at 95kg - the bar came forward about 6" off the chest - otherwise it was going up.

    Hola peeps, long time - no log. I've been down with a plague and am just now able to drag my ass to Mars.

    Squat - eb 5x5, 50kg x5, 80kg x5, 100kg 5x3

    Bench - 40kg x5, 60kg 5x3

    Press - eb 5x2, 30kg x5, 40kg 5x3

    Deadlift - 70kg x5, 120kg x5

    Just some light work to get something in - and it was all I could do. This plague has just wrecked me. I'm down 12lbs, have no "wind" and, obviously, no strength.

    Baby steps on the way back seems to be the order of the day.

    Kudos for climbing back on the ladder and climbing out of the pit while the crud is still clearing.
