Bench - 70kg 8x4
Deadlift - 155kg 5x4
Dumbbell Bench - 45lbs 15x3
Goblet Squat - 20kg 15x4
LTE - 30kg 12x3
Belt Squat - 65kg 8x4
Back on the proper schedule - finally. The "All 3 Day", plus some assistance work. No issues - didn't expect any either.
