    Belt Squat - 60kg 8x4
    Goblet Squat - 16kg 12x4

    Back Ext - 10kg 10x4
    Sit-Ups - bw x30, x20, x10

    Wide Grip Pull Downs - 50kg 8x4
    Cable Rows - 45kg 8x4

    Had to go to the belt for the Squats. Everything we've been doing so far has been High Bar and Beltless - the first attempt was weak in the mid back. Put the belt on and away we went - such is life at my age I guess.

    Everything else was solid. Another long day in the gym though. It's the only way I can get the work done.

    Back on the proper schedule - finally. The "All 3 Day", plus some assistance work. No issues - didn't expect any either.

    Onwards with the Squat and successfully back on schedule. That's a rep PR on the top set.

    Good day on the Bench, that's a rep PR for 80kg and it wasn't a struggle either. The rest of the work was done on shorter rest - caused me to miss the first set of Close Grips. Big day of Deads tomorrow...

    Absolutely smashing day, rep PR - beltless no less. The rest of the work was done on shorter rest periods and I'm not crushed to dust.

    Considering I had a shitty night of sleep due to the Bench day work, I'm thrilled with the way today went - I thought I was gonna screw the pooch.

    Good day under the bar, rep PR - a nice way to end this cycle. Back off work went nicely as well. Coach is happy with the progress to date - I have no clue as to where I'm supposed to be, but he's in charge so I'm happy as well.

    So I'm a day off schedule due to a medical issue - another melanoma biopsy, this time on my forearm. Three stitches later I'm on pins and needles waiting for the pathology report. Not a lot to say at the moment except -SHIT!!

    Last day of the Bench cycle - looking for 8 and got stuck about 6 inches of the chest. Considering my state of mind at the moment and lack of sleep I'll take this. On a good day I would have hit the eight reps.

    The rest of the work was harder than I wanted and had to fiddle about with rep and sets in order to get things done.

    Might do the Deadlift session tomorrow, might do it Saturday...it all depends on whether I can get my mind right.
