    Dmbl Lat Raise - 20lbs 12x4
    Dips - bw x11, 10, 10, 9

    Good top set, had maybe 2 reps left in me.

    Deads tomorrow.

    Neutral Grip Pulldowns - 47.5kg 12x3

    Deads started off slowly, but things got better and all the work got done.

    Hi Bar Squat (beltless) - 117.5kg x8, 105kg x10, x10, x5, x5
    Safety Bar Squat - 95kg 8x3

    Belt Squat - 65kg 15x4
    Split Squat - 10x4

    Wide Grip Pulldowns - 55kg 12x4

    Well that was a surprise. I got my ass kicked today. Top set was short by two reps. The back off sets got cut short by five reps on sets 3 & 4.

    On the good side, I'm weighing in at 205, a weight I haven't seen in years. Also, these sets are beltless rep PRs for the top sets...so I got that going for me as well.

    We'll get this hashed out next week.

    Revs Flys - 20lbs 12x3

    Straight Bar Curls / Dips - 20 / 15 x3

    Felt like puking all day long, but I had to try to give it a go. Amazingly enough, I got two of the three top sets. Put my head down and got the rest of the work done.

    I hope I'm not coming down with something...

    Pause Squat - 135lbs 8x3

    Goblet Squat - 50lbs 15x3
    Split Squat - 40lbs 10x3

    Dumbbell Curls / Dips - 30lbs / 75%bw x 20/15

    Still feel like shite. Couldn't hit the top set...again. Dialed everthing back and dropped a set on everything. I hope to get through this week and let the de-load next week do its magic.
