Missed the top set, should have been 5...fatigue got the better of me. Just off my rep PR of 5 back in June. We'll get it next week.

Oye, I just had one of the worst training sessions I've ever had.
Sunday's work felt great, I've slept well, I feel good. Only negative would be my weight is down a couple of pounds. Other than that I had thought that 130kg was good for SEVEN! As that was not to be, I tried the back off work at 115kg and got pinned on the first rep of the first set.
I had to re-set down to 100kg just to get some work in.
Chalking it up to one of those days. Coach is saying all the right things. Thankfully a de-load week is coming up next week.

Bench - 85kg x3, 85kg 1x5, 75kg 6x4
Wide Grip Bench - 70kg 6x4
Close Grip Bench - 67.5kg x6, x6, x6, x5
Dumbbell Bench - 50lbs 10x3
Another less than stellar session. Top set was supposed to have been 6. Did singles every minute just to work on seting up and staying tight.
Everything else was just normal volume.

Finally, something good to report. Got 5 at 187.5, and there was at least one more in the tank.
One more weekend session to this cycle and then things start to really ramp up for the meet in February.

Deadlift - 160kg 5x2
LTE / Curlz - 30kg 15x3
End of the second cycle, and I'm tired. Thankfully we're into a de-load week between Christmas and New Years.
I'm hoping to recover the "pop" in my legs.
Looks like three week cycles going into the meet.
