Cycle Three Week Three reps/sets
HB Squat - 132.5kg *5, 120kg 5*3
Belt Squat - 80kg 8*4
BSS - 32kg 10*3
Step Ups - 8kg 10*3
Back Ext - 25kg 10*3
Mid Rows - 60kg 12*3
Nice day, top set was good for 6+. Nice to feel comfortable under the bar again.
Finally have the M-i-L set up with round the clock care. It's a load off the bride's plate...happy wife / happy life.
In addition to all the upheaval on the home front, we're adding to the mix a grandchild come late June. The bride will head off to South Dakota for a month once the blessed event takes place.
...and I'm still on the right side off the grass.

Bench - 87.5kg *5, 80kg 6*5
Wide Grip Bench - 70kg 6*3
Dumbbell Bench - 50lbs 10*5
Incline Dumbbell Bench - 45lbs 10*5
Triceps Pull Downs - 27.5kg 10*3
Pretty strong day. Rep PR on the top set. Bumped the weight on the back off work and got everything done smartly. I think...think I've turned the corner on my Bench. We'll see with next weeks work.

Another disappointing Deadlift session. Mind, body and technique, all were found lacking.
Coach is not worried. If he's not, I'm not.

Uggh...No pop, no energy, no bueno.
Too damn hot to eat enough, or sleep at all. I need to acclimate to the heat. I can't go from 60's to 80's overnight.
Pretty disappointed at the moment.

Weight is down due to this heat wave...grrrr. Got a rep PR at 90kg, I got half way up on the fourth rep before I needed just a little help through the sticking point.

Deadlift - 415lbs 1*6 on the minute
LTE/Curls - 50lbs 10*3
Tri Pulldowns/Hammer Curls - 27.5kg/25kg 10*3
Normal Saturday work. I felt a little more energy/pop to my work, but I'm still just a tad bit off.
Come on de-load, do that voodoo, that you do, so well...

Feeling a little better today...then again, the weights are light, I should feel good.
