    Cable Mid Rows - 50kg 10*4

    We're still beltless.

    Three months till Raw Natls. A little early to start freaking out, but here I am.

    I need to manage expectations better...

    Yep, all signed up as a 93kg, Raw Master3. We've got a bundle of members competing, as well as my coach. I have no idea how he does it. I think he's handling upwards of 15 people and then competing on Sunday. He's looking for a 2000lbs total.

    Wide Grip Bench - 67.5kg 8*4
    Incline Bench - 62.5kg 8*4

    Dumbbell Bench - 45lbs 10*4
    Press - 40kg 8*4
    Dips - 8kg 8*4
    Revs Flys - 30lbs 10*4
    Triceps Pulldowns - 30kg 10*4

    Bench moved nicely. Not much more to it.

    Hammer Curls - 35lbs on the minute *25, *25, *25, *20, *20

    Deadlift - 150kg 8*3

    Belt Squat - 70kg 12*4
    Swiss Bar Bench - 45kg 10*3

    Cable Mid Rows - 60kg 10*4
    Dips - bw *10, +6kg *10, +8kg *10, +12kg *10

    Long, but good day. Felt like shite yesterday, and was concerned that today was going to go south right from the Squats. Amazingly enough, everything moved smartly and on shorter rest.

    Lot's of gym peeps are competing next weekend, and watching them hit PR's for doubles is quite motivating.

    My coach and I set our goals for Raw Natls. way back in February, I need to trust the process.

    I think I would have felt the same way after that workout.
