    Tough day on the bench.

    Straight Bar Curl - *50, 30, 20
    Dips - bw 7*3

    Hard session. Probably the worst I've felt since coming back to the gym. Probably the heat. Recovery between sets sucked ass!

    Actually our gym is "air conditioned" to a reasonable degree.

    It's just the coming and going in the heat that saps my energy right now.

    In summer, I drive to the gym with the air conditioning in my car off, to acclimate.

    Hammer Curls - 60lbs 12*3

    Not terribly fond of the Slow Sled Push. Getting more comfortable with the weight on the bar.

    Dumbbell Incline Bench - 40lbs 12*4
    Shoulder Complex 5lbs 12*4
    Hammer Curl - 60lbs 12*3
    LTE - 35kg 12*3

    Ok, Ok, Ok...Top sets were right where they needed to be. That shoulder complex burns, my goodness does it burn. Glad I started with 5lbs.

    Deficit Deads - 120kg 6*5
    Reverse Hyper - 40kg 15*3
    Cable Mid Rows - #15 15*3
    Deadbugs - 60sec *3
    Chin Up / Pull Up 10*1 every 15 seconds

    Deads are feeling better. I was surprised how "comfortable" the Deficits were...(not easy - comfortable).

    RDL - 90kg 10*3

    IYT - 10lbs 10*3
    Planks - 60sec *3

    A little more volume, at a lower RPE #7, short rest 2-3 minutes. "Paused" the bench work just for shits and giggles.
