Man you do a lot of good work! I would never recover from all that but we all age differently I guess.

    Thank you both!

Yeah, I guess you'd call it a passion. I certainly enjoy my time under the bar, and trying to solve the puzzle of continuing to get stronger speaks to me more than any other athletic endeavor I've participated in.

    Cycle Two / Week Four - rep/sets

    Larsen bench - 70kg 8*3
    Spoto Larsen - 80 / 82.5 / 85kg *3
    Single Arm Incline - 60lbs 7/10, 50lbs 10*2
    Shoulder Cluster - 10lbs 10*3
    IYTs - 15lbs 10*3

Strong session, which for a Bench day is rare as hen's teeth.

    Cycle Two / Week Four - rep/sets

    Big Wheel Pulls - 168kg 6*3
    Tempo Belt Squats (3-0-0) - 65kg 12*4
    RDLs - 123kg 8*4
    Larsen Bench - 70kg 8*3

That's all I can report. The heat and humidity got to me today. It's really oppressive right now.

The good: The Pulls were outstanding, and the first set was good for 10 easily.
The bad: I couldn't finish the session.

Fred..I suppose that's true...I can go with that.

Mr. B, seriously I've never been hit that hard by the heat...wowser!

And then I saw the video that Jordan and Austin put out the same day about: Are work sets done at lower weights due to fatigue worth it\?

I guess I should have unloaded the bar and finished my Spoto work...***sigh***

    Cycle Two / Week Four - rep/sets

    SSB (3-0-0) - 115kg 3*3
    Paused Bench - 87.5kg 3*3
    Big Wheel Pulls (45lbs plate) - 183kg 3*3
    Flys - 45lbs 8*3
    Press - 40lbs 8*3
    Leg Ext - 90kg 15*3
    Cable Mid Row - 140lbs 12*3
    Leg Ext - 90kg 8*3

Ending this cycle on a high note of sorts. Good Squats, Great Bench, tired Pulls...

Belted up on the Squats, but not for the Pulls. First Bench set was iffy, but by the last set I was killing it!
