Kroc Rows - 90lbs 10*3
Face Pulls - 26kg 10*3
Planks - 60sec *3
Leg Extensions - 100kg 30*3
Squat Jumps - +12kg 5*3
Back seems to be "okay" for various definitions of ok. Not pulling anything too heavy.
