    Incline Bench - 105lbs x18, x9, x8 sets on the minute, 2 more than last time

    Press - 85lbs x15, x8, x6 sets on the minute, 3 more than last time

    Straight Bar Curl / LTE - 75lbs 3x12

    Good session, more weight on the warm-up sets, more reps on the assistance work - what's not to love!?!

    Good singles, great sets @ 112.5lbs

    Bench - 120lbs x20, x13, x8 two less sets on the minute

    Incline Bench - 90lbs x20, x11, x10 four more sets on the minute

    Straight Bar Curl / LTE - 80lbs 3x10

    Alright, alright - I confess.

    Yeah, I'm actually putting some size on. I have no actual measurements, but shirts and "shorts" are a bit tighter.

    Just like being a hardgainer on weight, I'm a hardgainer on size as well.
