    Wanted 10 reps on the last set - lost tightness and decided to leave well enough alone.

    Good singles, 4th rep a little sloppy.

    Chins were 3 - 4 second negatives, which by the 9th and 10th reps were bears.

    Good session: grade "A"

    good warm-up, almost hit two at 195, right arm wouldn't lock out.

    Great warm-up, everything was, dare I say, easy.

    Simple, easy doubles. These went so well that I did one extra set, just for fun.

    I really wanted seven reps at 122.5lbs, and I couldn't lock out the seventh.

    72.5lbs x24, x10, x10
    Sets on the minute - hard work at the end of the session.

    LTE -
