    Squat -
    eb 3x5, 95lbss x5, 135lbs x5, 185lbs x4, 225lbs x3, 255lbs x2, 275lbs x1, 295lbs x1
Great warm-up, 295lbs was slow but not grindy.

    (265lbs x3) x3
    Solid triples

    (235lbs x5) x5
    Smooth, easy 5's

    Chins / Dips -
    (bw x10) x3
    Done and done

The new equipment saga continues. The management purchased a piece of shite power rack - trade name "Extreme Monkey", cost about $1,000.00. I voiced my displeasure at this purchase and told the staff not to replace the current rack with this new one. Having been assured that my rack would remain, I went about my business.
Today I came in to find my rack dismembered and the new one in it's place. I about blew an "O" ring. Calls to the club manager, athletic director and club president voiced my extreme displeasure at this turn of events. Long and short of it ends up that my old rack will be reconstituted and back in it's rightful place. Additionally, as they "misplaced" a bar and can't find it, they will purchase 2 B&R bars (men's and women's). Maybe I can push my luck and get them to send the Monkey back and buy the Rogue RML 390F instead - hell, it saves them money, what's not to love.

And today's session is an "A"

I agree completely. Assistance PRs, volume PRs, they all count and they all contribute to a big lift down the road!

This sounds like it's turning out just fine, with new bars and all! Why'd they take it down in the first place, instead of putting the new one elsewhere?

    Bench -
    eb 3x10, 95lbs x5, 135lbs x5, 165lbs x4, 185lbs x3, 195lbs x2, 205lbs x1
Still working in the "new" rack. Hooks and safeties are all sots of shite, and I couldn't get optimal heights on either one. That said, it was a good warm-up, 205lbs moved nicely.

    187.5lbs from the pins 5x2
Re-did last weeks session, got the doubles done.

    (147.5lbs x10) x3
    More goodness

    Chest Supported Dumbbell Rows -
    (75lbs x16) x3
    more reps

    LTE / SBC -
    (75lbs x15 / 25) x3

Pretty good work, call it an "A".

OM, we are tight on space and have no available footprint at the moment. The Jones Machine they purchased is such a waste of $ and space. I'll be a happier camper when I see the new bars...

    365lbs x5
Solid, probably had one more rep in the tank.

    325lbs x5, 285lbs x10
    Nice finish.

    bw x10, 20lbs x10, 60lbs x7, (100lbs x7)x3
    More reps, good depth.

    rep pr

    SBC -
    95lbs x10, 110lbs x5, (122.5lbs x5)x3

With that volume on the DL, I'd give that session a solid A. That's 26 reps at working weights! I can't wait to get to that level of volume...

    Press -
    eb 3x10, 95lbs x5, 115lbs x5, 125lbs x4, 135lbs x3, 145lbs x1, 150lbs X
Not on top of my game today.

    (130lbs x5)x3
I was supposed to do 132.5lbs and I forgot to put the rest of the weights on. The sets went swimmingly and I thought I was into something - only to see my mistake as I stepped away from the bar on the last set. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!

    (140lbs x1)x5
    Singles every 90 seconds

    145lbs x1

    75lbs x23, x10, x8
sets on the minute, one more rep than last time.

    Chins -
    various grips, (bw x12)x5

    Dips -
    (bw x12)x5

I'm gonna re-do this session next time around. I know I had 132.5lbs for fives...I just know it! And I want to do it.

    10/4/15

    Squat -
    bw 5x10, eb 3x5, 95lbs 5, 135lbs x5, 185lbs x4, 225lbs x3, 260lbs x2, 280lbs x1, 300lbs x1
Nice single at 300lbs, it's been a while since I've done that.

    (270lbs x3)x3
    Strong triples

    (240lbs x5)x5
Finished up with sets of five. Tired by the end of the session.

And that's that. I'd mark the session down due to the Bill's shitting the bed, but the single at 300 and the triples at 270 make today an "A+".
