    Bench Cycle #2 - 5's
    eb 3x15, 95lbs x5, 115lbs x5, 1135lbs x3, 155lbs x1, 185lbs x1
    162.5lbs x9
Pooched the warm-up numbers. I have no idea what I was thinking of, but I figure the singles made up for what I forgot to do in the 5's progression. On the bright side, I had a great AMRAP.

    115lbs 5x10
Two and half minutes rest, two count pause on the chest.

    Barbell Row-
    135lbs x5, 155lbs x5, 175lbs x5, 185lbs x5
    190lbs 3x5

    LTE -
    65lbs x10
    85lbs 3x10

    Good session

    Deadlift Cycle #2 - 5's
    135lbs 4x5, 160lbs x5, 200lbs x5, 240lbs x3
    265lbs x5, 305lbs x5 (365lbs x1), 345lbs x10
That's an AMRAP PR...ugly 10th rep, but the bar came up off the floor to lockout.

    225lbs 5x10

Threw in some quick Bench work:
    eb x10, 95lbs x5, 145lbs x3, 195lbs x1, 150lbs x10

    Dumbbell Curls -
    20lbs x20, 35lbs x15, 50lbs x10, 55lbs 3x5

And that's that. Good day, pleased with the 10 reps...

This looks like a solid cycle, Bd. Are you liking this approach? And paddle clinic? You teaching squash?

I'm enjoying the change. I'm seeing some progress on the lower body lifts and not so much on the upper body lifts...but that's the story of my life under the bar.

I'm an available body for the Paddle clinic's. I'm in no way a qualified teacher / coach.

As to Squash, I'm capable of teaching beginners up through "D" / "C" level. I've got a good "eye" for in game tactics. I like to think I make being on the court "fun".

What I'd really like to incorporate with the teenagers is weight training. I cannot tell you how silly some of the training regimes are.

File these under "life is funny":

    * Got smacked around on Sunday by a team we usually handle quit easily 6-3, 6-0, 6-1 - OW! Came back tonight and blitzed a team we've never beat 6-4, 6-2. From the lowest of lows to the highest of highs...

    * Had to walk off the court last night with a balky knee and was quite concerned that I had a real issue at hand. Said a prayer, did some flossing and some deep squat holds - felt like a million bucks today. Joint issues are mysterious things...
