Did the best I could on the AMRAP, but the damn bar wouldn't budge for a seventh rep in sequence. I waited 30 seconds and did singles every 30 seconds until I couldn't.
80lbs 5x10
Sets every two minutes.
Got called out to play a few sets of Paddle which took about a half hour. Came back and finished the session.
Barbell Rows -
135lbs x5, 165lbs x5, 185lbs x5, 195lbs 5x5
I don't know how to judge today's work. Six reps was disappointing but the additional singles on short rest was good work.

Life got in the way and I'm behind schedule. In order to get back on track, I put in work for two session tonight.

Grrrr, just stuck in a rut here.
No time for the BBB sets as I had to play a Paddle match - where we got abso - fuckin - lutely crushed 6-1. 6-2, 6-0.
Deads on Thursday and Press on Friday and I'm back on schedule.

Good AMRAP, the bar came off the floor quickly, very happy about that.

3 minutes rest between sets. Had to go to alternate grip for the last two sets, I was beat.
