I'm a day early as I'm on the court all day tomorrow and I am unwilling to miss a day - so today was it. I felt pretty good for having a bad day and attitude going into the gym.

The Squat and Bench were solid, the PC's - not so much. I felt like I was too slow above the knees.

Good Squats and Presses, Cleans were better towards the end, the early sets at 142.5 were all over the place.

Things are starting to get "interesting". Squat has some room before it becomes grindy. Bench was slow, will need to drop to 2.5lbs jumps from here on out. Cleans will require more focus, no wandering eye or mind.

Squat was good, Press was good, Deadlift was tough. I spent a good deal of energy pulling the first three DOH. It made the last two split grip pulls slow and then a grind. I will go at 355 split grip for all pulls to confirm the energy expenditure.
