    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    I think I have finished NLP and for some reasons, I cannot do a Squat-Press-Pull in one workout. Poor me.
    Anyway...
    Height: 5'7
    Weight: 213 lb

    Yesterday, I did:

    Press
    65kg 9 Reps total

    Bench
    70kg x5
    90kg x5
    100kg x5

    Chin Up
    3x5

    Squat
    150kg x5
    Power Clean
    80kg x2, x2, x1, 0, 0, 0

    Yesterday was Saturday and I did:

    Bench
    107.5kg x2, 1
    107.5kg x3
    107.5kg x2, 1

    Press
    80kg x2, 1, 0, 0 ==> because i am so smart, skipped the warmup, started with 70kg x5. and this morning i woke up with a twitched neck.

    3x10

    Deadlift
    175kg 4x1
