    FMP #1-2 (reps/sets)

    Bench - touch 'n go 75kg x8, 67.5kg 8x5
    Wide Grip Bench - 62.5kg 10x4

    Incline Dbl Bench - 35lbs 12x4
    Press - 30kg 12x4
    Lat Raise - 20lbs 12x4
    Dmbl Press - 25lbs 12x4
    Dips - bw 10x4 / Curls - 40kg 15x4

I am soooo sore from Monday...DOMS SQUARED.

Good Bench session, though the assistance work suffered from doing the major sets on shorter rest periods. Pretty good upper body pump by the end of the day.

Tomorrow is Deadlifts...top work is 3 sets of 6 @ 165kg - OMG, call the paramedics.

I'm not sure that this program is found in the BARBELL RX. The only way I'm entertaining this is because I'm ramping up for another meet. I need to pull on my big boy pants every session.

More impressive volume work! How long did today's workout take you to complete?

Not including warming up, about two hours. Squat day takes about 2 1/2 hours. We'll see how long tomorrow take. Hell, the top sets alone will take a half hour alone.

    FMP #1-3 (reps/sets)

    Deadlift (no belt) - 165kg 6x3, 140kg 6x3
    Deficit Deadlift - 125kg 6x3

Codger, you wanted to know how long my sessions take...Saturdays are like the Siege of Leningrad, today took 3 hours. I don't mind, I just need to accept the fact that I have to settle in for the long winter (so to speak).

The Squats were no fun, everything else was breezy.

Isn't' t funny how different we all are. Squat and dead workouts take me only a few minutes to complete. If I were going very heavy, perhaps 20 minutes doing them both in a single workout. Individually they will take in the single digits.

Yet close grip bench work will take me an hour, minimum, IF I'm doing say five heavy working sets with three or four high(er) rep warmup sets.

On top of that, the foolish part is curls are the only thing to make me both breath hard and sweat. Nothing else does.

    FMP #1-5 (reps/sets)

    Hi Bar Squat - 115kg x10, 102.5kg 10x4
    Safety Bar Squat - 92.5kg 8x3

    Belt Squat - 75kg 12x4
    Split Squat - 12kg 10x4

    Wide Grip Pulldowns - 52.5kg 12x4
    Revs Flys - 20lbs 12x4

The top set was everything I had. 2.5kg jump next time, not 5kg. Everting else was OK.
