    Cycle Two Week Three reps/sets

    Bench - 82.5kg *8, 75kg 8*5
    Wide Grip Tempo Bench - 65kg 5*3
    Spoto Bench - 65kg 6*3
    Three Board Bench - 70kg 10*4

    Kroc Rows - 50lbs 15*4
    Tricep Pull Downs - 25kg 10*4

    Good session. Tried the 3 Board Bench at 82.5kg, only got 5 reps and thought my arms were gonna explode. This fits my pattern of good off the chest, but weak through lockout.

    But we're gonna solve that problem in short order damnit!

    Deadlift - 182.5kg *6, 162.5kg 6*3
    RDL - 105kg 12*5

    Hammer Curl - 45lbs 15*4
    EZ Bar Curls - 45kg 10*4
    Straight Bar Curls - 30kg *40
    Mid Rows - 55kg 10*4

    Excellent end to this week. Pulled 182.5kg for 8 about 4 weeks ago, but those were touch and go. These were dead stop and probably good for an ugly 7th. I'm liking the progress this cycle.

    HB Squat - 105kg 7*4
    Bench - 75kg 7*4
    Block Pull - 140kg 5*6

    Bench from Pins - 82.5kg 1*6
    Kroc Rows - 70lbs 15*3
    Triceps Pull Downs - 25kg 10*4

    Feeling pretty good for being at the end of the third week of his cycle. Normally I'm feeling pretty beat up.

    Week four will be crazy hard, and then a de-load week to recover.

    As I'm still working beltless, I'm well into uncharted territory on all the lifts. I would love to make it through the end of this cycle beltless, hitting all the reps.

    Belt Squat - 80kg 10*4

    Wide Grip Pulldowns - 50kg 10*4
    Revs Flys - 35lbs 10*4
    GHR - +25kg 15*5

    Great end to this Squat cycle, nice big beltless PR. Coach thought it was the best set of the cycle to boot.

    A good, but disappointing session. I missed the top set, as I misgrooved the 7th rep spending too much energy saving it. Still it's a rep PR at that weight. I really wanted that eighth rep...

    Great top set, really thrilled to pull 6 beltless at 185kg. This ends a great cycle. Regular Saturday work upcoming and then a de-load.

    Revs Flys - 25lbs 12*3
    Kroc Rows - 50lbs 12*3
    Pull Ups - bw 12*3

    Tried to get Saturdays work in, and just couldn't get it done. Came in today, and was able to make it work.
