SARS doesn't spook me....PEOPLE do; Sully's sick, aging phenotype spooks me.
When I hear people (my age and older so at risk) saying they're not following the recommended guidelines because, THEY eat blueberries, kale and broccoli?? THEIR afterhours nonessential dr appt (10th PT this month) is more important than curfew; in the market people still using spit to open the produce bags (I put my veggies in the cart nekkid washed at home); 72yo receptionists with underlying conditions (most susceptible) who can't worry about infecting others if they moonlight in a nursing home, stories of which are horrendous (but as of SATURDAY they've instituted MEASURES - just visually looking at the staff when they arrive???).
I'm sorry your gym is closed BD (mine is too sadly), I'm torn about the closings; I'm against the authoritarian takeover, but I see that many people can't seem to care beyond themselves, and won't listen, so..... ???

Radiation Day 26 SEE BELOW
Squats - +20lbs 10*10
Step Ups - +20lbs 10*5
Curls - +10lbs 40*3
So I scrounged up a couple of casks of Whey Protein and a gallon of water and put them in my Racquet bag...voila 20lbs.
And now for the REALLY GOOD NEWS: my normal radiation treatments consist of 4 interminably long passes of the machine. They have been cut to 2 passes...I cannot begin to express how happy I am, I can do 19 more days of a couple of minutes on the table.
Of course there's probably a fly in the ointment, like me peeing fire in another week, but for now I'm thrilled.

Intestinal issues are KILLING ME...
Motivation is really hard to come by right now. The weather isn't helping things either. Still, we persevere...

Radiation Day 31, developing some bleeding...too much diarrhea. It was always a possibility.
Anyway, here's some training:
Squats 20*5
Step Ups 15*5
Calf Raises 20*5
Planks 45 seconds *5
Love to go for a walk, but intestinal issues scotched that idea.
I hope you get thru it and in the end of the treatment better days will come.
