So we're under house arrest till mid June...I'll say no more.

Putting two plates over my head was a death defying moment. If one of the plates slipped, I was F.U.C.K.E.D.

Just a leg day. Motivation went from high to low, as the clouds rolled in, and it started to rain.

Fortunately, I performed a Jedi Mind Trick on myself, and before I knew it I was dressed and ready to go.

Annnnd the good news is, my gym is opening. I don't get to come back in the first wave, but maybe 6/1/20. I don't like it, but then again, I don't own the gym.

Just don't let the break from the gym get in your head. You have been doing plenty to stay strong.

Thanks Jer! I'm at peace with the fact that it's gonna take some time to get back to some semblance of "strong". I'm just soooooo bored with this routine.

Lottery system, to determine the waves? Just curious.

According to the gym owner (he does my programming) it goes like this:

    1) Right now, gyms can open to clients who have an existing "coaching" arrangement. No more than 20 people in the gym at any one time (that's not a problem for us, as we're a small gym).

    2) on 6/15/20 the gym is open to athletes who have a "programming arrangement" ( this would be me )

    3) July is open season for everyone else.

My hope is that WNY get's it act together, and we show the appropriate metrics that would allow us to fast track the opening schedule. Central NY, and the North Country are open with no restrictions that I'm aware of.

The whole situation is extremely arbitrary, and I'm truly surprised how meekly people are accepting the edicts that are being handed down.

That said, I'm not the person who's ass would be hauled in front of a judge.

I'm doing what I can to promote a little bit of Irish Democracy.
