    Cycle 7 - Week 2 reps sets

    Deadlift - 70kg 5*3, 120kg 3*3, 140kg 2*2, 150kg 2*1, 160kg 1*2, 170 / 180 / 190kg *1
    DL - 155kg 1*4

    Goblet Squats - 24kg 10*3
    BSS - 12kg 10*3
    Row - 60kg 12*3
    Revs Fly - 20 / 25 / 30lbs *10

First pulls from the floor in a lonnnnng time. Back held up well, but I'm babying the initiation of the pull. I'd like to be a bit more explosive off the floor. It'll come in time, I just need more opportunities to feel good, and not feel like something is going to blow up on me.

Cycle 7 - Week Three reps / sets

    Squat - 70kg 3*3, 100kg 2*3, 115kg 2*2, 125kg 1*2, 135 / 145 / 150kg *1
    Squat - 120kg 1*4
    Tempo 2 Tempo BSS - 12kg 10*3
    T2T Goblet Squat - 28kg 10*3
    Cable Mid Row - #15 15*3

Very tired coming into the session. Too much stress outside the gym is taking a toll at the moment.

Fortunately, the stressors should all go away in a few more days...

    1/2/21

Cycle 7 Week Three reps / sets

    Squat - 115kg 1*4
    Bench - 65kg 5*5
    Deadlift - 165kg - 1*3
    Hi Row - #10 12*3
    Hammer Curl - 50lbs 12*3

Two weeks out from Mustache Mayhem, and my left knee feels like shit. I'll make it through the meet, but I'm gonna have to have this looked at by the BBM physios or an Orthopod.

Anyway, I'm still putting in the work as best I can at the moment. Me and my good friend Aleve are gonna get wild...

    1/4/21

Cycle 7 Week Four reps / sets

    Squat -
    70kg 5*3, 90kg 3*3, 110kg 2*2, 120kg 2*1, 130kg *1, 137.5kg *1, 147.5kg X
    Squat -
    110kg 1*4
    Tempo2Tempo Leg Ext - 30kg 8*3
    T2T Goblet Squats - 28kg 10*3
    Cable Mid Row - #16 15*2

So, 2021 is starting off WONDERFULLY (/s).

My knee is regressing daily, and I am not a happy camper. I cannot generate any force out of the left leg under "heavy" load.

To have been almost back to "normal" at the beginning of November, only to find myself here...well to say it's disappointing is a gross understatement.

I've got a call in to Austin to see what the next step(s) should be. I hope that the BBM physios can work me through this, but I fear I'm going to end up on the table (again).

You know, I've had my fill of doctors over that last year... #justsayin

Thanks Jer. We'll get to the bottom of this issue come hell or high water!
