    Today was one of those days where the weight felt light. That's two strong Bench sessions back to back...maybe I'm making progress

    Hey 203kg beltless is a PR...so that's a win. Woulda liked to have had that second rep of the second set #waddayougonnado

    Cable Mid Row - 150lbs 12*3

    Forgot everything this morning, knee sleeves, supplements, brain...

    Harder session than it should have been because of the above. On the bright side, my weight is back to 200lbs...haven't seen that number in a while. Now to see if I can keep it up there for a few cycles...

    I gotta say it's been a struggle to keep my weight up since everything went pear shaped. It's only now, almost 2 years later that I think I'm on the right track.

    I finally feel like I can eat a normal sized meal, and not be incomfterful (if you get my drift).
