Week 20: Day 1 Volume Day
Squats: 250 5x5
Press: 90 5x5
Deadlift: 305 1x3
Another late night, bleh! Squats felt strong, Press felt very good as well. Pretty tired after those sets. Deadlifts felt heavy, I should have warmed up with doubles. I need to listen to my body a little more closely.
Week 20: Day 2 Intensity Day
Squats: 305 1x5 PR
Press: 115 1x5 PR
Power Snatch: 70 4x2
Yea! Progress! Both felt heavy. Loooonnngg days at work at really messing with the program. Next week will be another 2 day workout week as well. Snatches are feeling better, but I need a little more practice before ramping up the weight.
Week 21: Day 1 Volume Day
Squats: 250 5x5
Bench: 147.5 5x5
Deadlift: 295 1x3
Holidays have messed with my schedule. I kept Squats the same. I went ahead and went up on my bench. I dropped deadlifts by 10 lbs just to make sure I could get the volume. Starting next week with volume day on Sunday. Getting back on schedule.

Deadlift: 315 1x5 PR on set of 5
Great day! Everything felt good and strong. Deadlifts felt great, I think I could have done 10 today. Looking forward to Thurs. intensity for more PRs.

Cable Pulldowns: 50 3x10
