    finishing out low-stress week.

deadlift was lightning fast. went yolo and tried 495x4, no luck. should have gone for 455x4 but not fretting en lieu of upcoming block.

just did some easy pause squats to finish out.

    Yeah...you?

    Depending on the week/work schedule I'm there 1-3 times/week.

Cool, I'm often in at random times on Saturdays.

Also - check out Tyler's donuts. Best maple bars in town. Right up the street.

    starting strength coach development program
    training

    a1. ssb: 280x8, 325x8, 370x6, 280x8, 280x8, 280x8
    b1. cgbp: 266x5, 275x5, 275x5
    c1. rdl: 200x8, 240x6, 200x8

    notes

first time doing ssb in awhile. had to fuck around with weights after going a touch too high. 280 3x5 felt great from a technique standpoint.

cgbp was good - bench is a bit fatigued this week. i tend to perform poorly on the narrow ironmind benches at fulcrum, and prefer the thompson fat pads.

rdl was shit. bumped too high on top work set - and was pretty fatigued in the back/lats when i backed down. should have gone at a lower weight and really focused on the stretch reflex in the hammies.
