I wish you would get some safety arms or get inside the cage. Not only is it safety, you may stick with it a little longer and try to grind it out.

I was actually thinking this too. That one looked like it might've gone up.

On another note, 50 chins in 7 minutes is a lot!

    Default Fri 4 Apr 2014: RPE Accum / Week 4 / Day 2

    WARM UP

    A1. Dynamic WU
    B1. BBWU / DL / 135 2x5 / 225x5

    TRAINING

    A1. [90#] Chain DL / 225x7@7, 245x7@8, 275x7@9
    B1. Bench / 225x1@6, 245x1@7, 265x1@8
    C1. Bench / 225x4@7, 235x4@8, 250x4@9
    D1. Front Squat / 225x7@8, 245x7@9

    NOTES

Good session. Much better with titrating in on RPE. I was going straight to RPE9 on work sets.

Front squats were pretty tough again. I'm so used to doing triples with a belt. Need to work on wrist mobility.

Also, my girlfriend and I broke up on Monday. Together almost four years, living together 3. Big factor in the stress these past few weeks, I reckon.

No fatigue sets until next week...doctor's orders
