Warm-up 2 rounds of 10 squats w 30 second hold on 10th rep and 2 rds pushup with 30 sec plank on 10th rep.
Workout.
Amrap for 10 minutes
5 handstand pushups (did these from kneeling position off the 20" box). 5 deadlifts. 5 burpee bar jumps. 200 m row.
