    Crossfitty this morning.
    Warm-up 2 rounds of 10 squats w 30 second hold on 10th rep and 2 rds pushup with 30 sec plank on 10th rep.

    Workout.
    Amrap for 10 minutes
    5 handstand pushups (did these from kneeling position off the 20" box). 5 deadlifts. 5 burpee bar jumps. 200 m row.

    Today at the doctor's office I learned that I've SHRUNK 1" over the past year. I am now 5' tall and officially a hobbit.

    Haha that's right. When I'm 90 I'll be like 3'5" and I won't hardly have to move to get my squat on.

    Crossfitty night. Graduation from on ramp. Repeat of our day 1 workout.

    200m run. 15-12-9 squats, pushups, ring rows. 200 m run.

    Day 1: 6:36.
    Today: 4:39. In snow. Woop.

    Great weekend in atl with family. We ate way too much food. I indulged in dessert which is very rare. Feeling rather pudgy now.

    First day at cf as a newbie. I did ok.

    Warm up: 3 rounds of 40 second on 20 secs rest of row, situp, and squat jumps.

    Muscle up practice. Lol. Seriously I will never be able to do this. I cant even do this from the floor.

    Back squat ladder. I made myself look old and weak as I didn't want to try to lift heavy using a bar w/o knurl and in my squishy shoes. 5x95. 5x105. 5x115. 5x125. That's enough of that. I'm here for the conditioning.

    Wod. 7 mins amrap push press, hang clean, 50 m sprint. Followed by 5 mins of tabata sprints. Gag! Running is my arch nemesis.
