    So I've been creeping this site for a long time and finally decided to start a log to keep my consistent and hopefully get feedback. So my background is as classic as a pb&j, was the fat kid growing up and 6 years ago I decided to lose weight by running and attempting to lift weight blah blah blah- lost over 100 lbs- 300->176. Was a weak runner who took up crossfit for a two years blah blah blah and about 18 months ago I started SS because I was tired of being weak. Ran SS for about 3 months and ended my LP at 320 on the squat. Then did 5/3/1 for 11 cycles and all my lifts increased pretty well except for my squat which hardly increased at all. So I said fuck it and started on the TM in january where i started my intensity squat at 325 for 5RM and progressed to 385 for 5 singles across. This week I decided to reset my squat to where i left my 5RM. I'm still not strong but I'm working on it. I'm 28, 5'9, and weigh about 198.
    Weekly recap- I run a pretty stock 3 day TM program
    VD
    Squat 5x5x310lbs
    Press 4x5x142.5lbs
    PCs- single on the minute for 10 minutes at 202.5 lbs
    Chins- 3 on the minute for 10 minutes BW+ 27.5 lbs

    supposed to do LTEs- did one set but my right elbow wasn't happy so scrapped it- might have to switch to dips or close grip for more triceps work

    I video a lot of my lifts so I'll start adding them eventually

    Volume Day-overall it wasn't bad, but I havent been getting enough sleep or something as I was yawning constantly, especially between sets on bench

    5x5x310-w/ belt and 4 minutes rest in between sets
    first set was the worst of the bunch and I wasn't able to take any videos b/c my new schedule forces me to lift when the gym is at its busiest and leaves me with no place to set up my phone.

    1 Power Clean on the minute for 10 minutes @ 205- missed once when dude walked right in front of me as I started my pull (damn globo gym), but stilled cleaned the weight 10 total times- some felt good and others felt like shit. I might start my next volume day with cleans and see how they feel when I'm fresh
    3 Chinups on minute for 10 minutes- BW (~201) + 30lbs- last set was 2 reps + 1- next week I might switch to doing doubles on the minute
