Volume Day-overall it wasn't bad, but I havent been getting enough sleep or something as I was yawning constantly, especially between sets on bench

1 Power Clean on the minute for 10 minutes @ 205- missed once when dude walked right in front of me as I started my pull (damn globo gym), but stilled cleaned the weight 10 total times- some felt good and others felt like shit. I might start my next volume day with cleans and see how they feel when I'm fresh
3 Chinups on minute for 10 minutes- BW (~201) + 30lbs- last set was 2 reps + 1- next week I might switch to doing doubles on the minute
