235x10*
185x10
The 235x10 wore me out but is a marked improvement over my last few volume sets. Now I get to go sit in a Continuing Legal Education seminar for 7 hours learning how to Cyber Stalk people (by that of course I mean that I will be learning how to employ advanced investigative research practices for my totally legitimate legal needs as a licensed attorney).

Deads: 322x5*; 371.5x5*; 421x8*

Squats: 305x5*; 345x3*; 385x3*
Was very disappointed with only 3 reps at 385. I'm trying to keep these as heavy fives and things just felt off today.

Where to start? Keeping it short. I've been out of commission for a while due to a combination of sickness, injury, and sloth over the holidays. Coming out the other side of the New Year, lingering still are a dislocated rib head (from a bad cough) and a busted ear drum (from a bad ear infection), and I'm as weak as a kitten (sloth). Also, I discovered that my blood pressure is astoundingly high, and I need to do something about it.
I have been squatting gradually working my way back up linearly. Today: Squat 275x5x3*
Until my BP is back under control, lifting will be a little less structured, so I can focus on cardio vascular health and losing some weight. I will come up with a structured plan once I more fully recover.

Sled drags 280# x3 100m trips. Trying out a new harness, these weren't bad.
