    Thanks. It looks like you're setting some good PRs recently congrats. That's always a good feeling.
    I think I just have to accept that my press is going to stall out faster than my bench. I had a trainer help me a bit yesterday and said he didn't see any glaring issues with my form. As long as my bench keeps moving up I'll be fine trying ways to manipulate my presses (maybe switch to 5 sets of 3 or something to keep the weight moving). I'll figure that out when the time comes.

    Going forward all of my Intensity days for squat will be lifetime weight and rep PRs (at least that's the plan...).
    Deloaded the press since I failed 130 3 workouts in a row.

    315 x5 is my squat goal right now. Great job!

    Its a guy requirement to do at least 15 min of bro work per week.

    Thanks, 315x5 has been my goal for quite some time. I was really glad I finally got it for about 10 seconds then thought, okay now 405... haha.

    Nice job! Getting to a 3 plate squat is an awesome accomplishment.
