    Fucking thing was cake. I was sitting back too far and the bar was prob 1 inch behind mid foot for a while now. I randomly leaned forward solving the problem and the fucking thing sprung wings and flew up. Kept it right there and hit the weight easy. Form, form, form.

    Weight flew up again. Had at least 10-20 ore pounds or 2-3 more reps.

    161 this morning. Weights not really increasing much.

    That ties a PR at about 10 lbs less than my previous weight. Not bad.

    Weight yesterday 163. Weight today 164.4. Waist still 32 1/4 inches despite 6 lbs of weight gain.
