Fucking thing was cake. I was sitting back too far and the bar was prob 1 inch behind mid foot for a while now. I randomly leaned forward solving the problem and the fucking thing sprung wings and flew up. Kept it right there and hit the weight easy. Form, form, form.

That ties a PR at about 10 lbs less than my previous weight. Not bad.
Weight yesterday 163. Weight today 164.4. Waist still 32 1/4 inches despite 6 lbs of weight gain.
