Last rep almost slipped. Next time I should probably use some chalk.

5/3/1: 105, 140, 160
Fucked up the weight on the first set. The 160 went up slower than I thought it would. Had a def sticking point right above my forehead. Weak tris? Either way, technically a PR on press, so that's good I guess.
Chins:
Dead hang, 2 second pause at bottom, neutral grip

Held the bar on the single. It's been slipping on heavy sets so wanted to get those forearms working a little extra.
Bench
5/3/2: 200, 225, 250
250 went up easy as hell. The damn spotter grabbed the bar on the 2nd rep before I completely locked it out.

Did some curls 25-30 lbs while training the lady.

Last two reps were definitely a struggle, beast moded through it.
