    I had planned to do some prowler runs, but rain cancelled that. So I went in a did some chin ups and arm work.

    DB Rows 80s 3x10

    Got to sleep in a little, and get to the gym in the afternoon. Squats felt good. I'll probably give the press at least one more volume session at 165 before considering an increase.

    Block DL 360 x1, 370 x1, 380x1 (screwed up on weight, should have been 370,380,390)
    Snatch grip DL 245lbs x 2x8
    GHR x10,8
    BB Curls 5x8

    Wasn't happy with form on the 4th and 5th squat reps. I may repeat the weight again.

    I was a bit surprised when I pressed 195 for 2 reps, and I was happy to get 3x2. Getting closer to 205.

    Bench 230lbs 5x5
    Close Grip Bench 135lbs x20,15,12
    DB Rows 90's 5x8

    Volume squats were tough today. Only one day between ID and VD always means a grind for me. I kept wanting to quit with only 3 sets.

    Bench went well, and I think I'll increase next session to 232.5lbs, then hopefully to 235lbs. Did some extra sets of close grip today, lots of burn and pump on the last few reps in each set. I think these are helping my press and bench.

    Deadlift 365lbs xF, x1

    Wow. What an utter disappointment deadlifting was tonight. I had grand plans to hit 425, and instead failed at my last warm up at 365. Tried it again and got it, but it felt heavy as hell, and there was no way that I was going to be lifting north of 400lbs tonight. Went home massively discouraged.

    The last 3 weeks have been extremely stressful with late nights at work, with a little less than normal sleep most nights. Stretching and tissue work has been lacking too. Other than those issues, I have not idea what's going on, but I think those are the major reasons for my struggles lately.

    Power Cleans 80kg 5x3
    OHS 40kg 2x10
    Chin Ups x5,4,4,3,3,3, (22 reps total)

    Front squats felt pretty good tonight. I'm going to alternate a light squat day with front squats and light squats.

    Power cleans felt ok, but was having trouble getting under the bar again. Chin ups were a grind after the powercleans.
