Had some bloodwork done today - 8 vials worth. Felt very lightheaded afterwards and actually had to lie down for a few min. I don't recall that ever happening before. I was told not to do any heavy lifting or exercise for 24hrs, but I'm stubborn like that and hate missing workouts. Today's was fairly light and short.

Really solid rep. Could have even gone heavier. 415 next week.

Last rep was a grinder. Bar started to go pause, then go down, then back up a bit, then fail. 2nd time that I tried to up the weight on singles from 205 to 207.5 and fail.

Great job on the squat PR! It's always best to go up conservatively, I think: you'll get 415 next week, without rushing it. Nice work on the DL and press, too!

Volume day is always a grind.

Kept weight the same as last volume day. Undecided if I'll keep it there for one more session or increase to 240.
Close Grip Bench

Left wrist got sore after the first set, and it got worse by the end. Damnit. Probably should have called it a day after the first set.

Kicking butt on the volume, Burnsie. I just got back to including RDLs which I am intending to progress linear-fashion. I remember how well they drove my squat and DL.

I'm trying to do RDLs linearly as well. Not sure how far it's going to go though. I'll just bump it up 5lbs a session for now.

Thursday (Intensity Day)
Wow, what a shit training day. The last couple of days have been a bit stressful, and today was quite a bit worse. I presume that was the main reason for today's troubles.
Squat

I rushed my warm up, gave up too easy on the rep, and just didn't seem to have it today. I should have nailed this today. Next week.
Bench
275 x F
Couldn't even budge it. It was really sad. I just can't seem to bench heavy lately. Last ID day I got 275 for 2 (which was a surprise), and I decided against any increase due to my bench struggles. Time for a change for ID, as volume day still feels good. I will probably reset and go back to 5's, and maybe alternate 5/3/1's. Going to look to PP3 for guidance. If anyone has some advice for me, I'm all ears.
Deadlift
340lbs
Wasn't bad, but lower back was not as tight as it should have been. No big back rounding.
Decided to call it day. Arms were really aching during bench, and got worse during the DL.
