    Farmer's Walk
    2 runs at ~ 113 lbs / hand x 60 ft. (warm up)
    6 runs at ~ 164 lbs / hand x 60 ft. with limited rest

    Strict Single Arm Cable Rows
    70 x 5 x 10

    Not much energy to do much else. Also I've been getting lightheaded quite often over the last couple of months, and was getting this after sets of the rows. Stress may just be killing me slowly.

    Treadmill
    10 min of incline walking, nothing too strenuous.

    Hopefully lifting is helping with your stress at least somewhat...

    I'm doing my best. Lifting does always help me, although some days it's a struggle to get a good session in, but I'm sure that is common for many people.

    My 7 month old phone just died yesterday afternoon and wouldn't turn back on (LG G4). Really good phone so far, but I had to go home and switch to my old phone and wait for it to charge up. It's gonna be a long 2-3 weeks while my LG is in for warranty repair as my old phone (Galaxy S3) has some issues as I depend on my phone as my primary communication tool for everything. First world problems, right? So this all took a little while and I ended up at the gym later than I had hoped. Was still able to get a good session done, with shorter rest periods.

    185 lbs x 5 x 5
    Felt ok, very controlled reps, with a few pauses in there. Gonna proceed slowly.

    LTE
    100 lbs x 10, 6, 6
    Left shoulder was pissed getting the bar into position.

    Lateral Raises
    15's x 15, then 4 x 5 rest/pause reps

    My phone came back from warranty repairs and it's good to go...other than it being factory reset. Also upgrade today to Marshmallow for the Android users.

    Got to the gym later than normal, but I was able to get all my planned work done.

    Thu - Feb 4/16

    My back/glute has been bothering me since my last regular deadlift session 2 weeks ago, so I was a bit worried about how tonight would go, but it wasn't too bad.

    Front Squat
    195 lbs x 5 x 8
    Damn those 8 rep sets.

    Deadlift
    365 lbs x 5
    Tough, but not too bad. Held the last rep for a 5 count + slow eccentric. I believe my 5RM was 370 so just about back to where I was like 3 years ago.... Sigh...

    General anxiety was really high today, which sapped my energy a bit.

    I may increase to 210 soon. Looking forward rowing with 225!

    Suitcase Carry
    ~113 lbs x 6 runs @ ~120 ft. (3 runs per side)
    These left me pretty winded.

    Chin ups x 4, 4, 4

    Single Arm Cable Rows
    80 x 3 x 10

    Face Pulls 3 x 12 Supersetted with slight incline Y Raises 3 x 10

    My physio guy recommended the Y raises these as part of my shoulder rehab and I used to do them fairly regularly. Gonna try to get back to them.
