Not much energy to do much else. Also I've been getting lightheaded quite often over the last couple of months, and was getting this after sets of the rows. Stress may just be killing me slowly.

My 7 month old phone just died yesterday afternoon and wouldn't turn back on (LG G4). Really good phone so far, but I had to go home and switch to my old phone and wait for it to charge up. It's gonna be a long 2-3 weeks while my LG is in for warranty repair as my old phone (Galaxy S3) has some issues as I depend on my phone as my primary communication tool for everything. First world problems, right? So this all took a little while and I ended up at the gym later than I had hoped. Was still able to get a good session done, with shorter rest periods.

My physio guy recommended the Y raises these as part of my shoulder rehab and I used to do them fairly regularly. Gonna try to get back to them.
