Lots of fatigue over the last couple of weeks. Definitely feeling lost progress from the missed workouts lately. 1 or 2 more sessions then some time off.
Press (Light)

Felt fairly light tonight
Bench
225 lbs x 3 x 5
Plenty left in the tank. I'll have to bump up next cycle.
Incline DB Bench
90's x 10, 8, 6
I took a bit of a gamble in increasing, but the press and bench felt really good. These were tough.
Decline DB Bench
75's x 10, 8
Stuck with the previous weight on this one. Still tough.

Last session before my break, so I went hard on the press and very glad that I did.

205 lbs x 1 (happy to be back at 205)

Felt awesome to press 225 again. I think I could have hit a PR at 230 today with less singles, but that will be for another day.

These feel terrible on my left shoulder, so stopped at 1 set.

Back at it after a week and a half off. Shoulders have been a bit sore from sleeping on the ground while camping and were bothering me during the warmup and workout.

These were tough as hell tonight. It looks like it will take me at least a few sessions to get back at it 100%.

Called it a day after 2 reps of my first workset. Shoulders were sore, and I didn't want to push my luck with the previous issues.
