Another quick Saturday morning special during nap time.
Front Squats: 135x5, 225x3, 260x3x3

Clean & Jerk: 185x1,1, 205x1,1, 215x1 215xF, 185x1, 185xF
Jerk grip drills with 135 (switching from clean grip to jerk grip / focusing on elbow position)

Today had some decent intensity going. We had our little guys' first birthday party today, and there was lots to do. I lifted while they nursed & napped, but nap time has been decreasing recently, so I had to get as many reps in as possible. After lifting, I loaded up the little guys in their new RADIO FLYER wagon and walked around town.
We had a bunch of family over this evening (with all the normal drama family get togethers have). We had "smash cakes" for the little guys - wow, what a mess. I had envisioned this evening being a frosty pumpkin beer & catching up on "The League", not scrubbing cake out of everything in the dining room. So it goes.
