    Solid.

    Rowing machine: 7998m in 32:00; cooldown 5 min (1112m)

This was a great session. I had planned on a pace of 2:03.7, but everything felt great and I was able to keep the pace between 2:00 & 2:01 for most of the session. There is nothing like a good hard cardio session to remind you that you are alive.

    Another good one.

    Bench Press: 135x5, 185x3, 225x12, 235x8

    Snatch grip deads: 245x5, 335x3, 385x1, 425x10, 450x5; PRs - 10RM, 5RM

    Dips: (BW+20)x12, (BW+30)x8

    Roman chair sit-ups: +20 x 18, +30 x 9

    X-wide pull-ups: 5, +10x3

    Upright rows: 95x12, 105x6

    Curls: 95x12, 105x6

    Time: 50 min
    BW: NM

This was a solid session, with absolutely nothing left at the end. It was nice to turn an 8RM into a 10RM on the snatch grips. The 5RM was pretty fun too.

    Stay strong, friends.

    Back & forth. Repeat.

    Rowing machine: 8010m in 32:00, 5 minute cooldown (1077m)

    BW: 263.0lb

This was a really good session. I alternated one minute of hard rowing (~1:50 pace) with two minutes of medium rowing (2:03-2:10 pace), with a hard effort for the final four minutes. Bodyweight is holding relatively steady (since last Wednesday at 262-263lb, much better than the 271.2lb observed a few weeks ago.

Stay strong, people of the internet.

I solved the problem of doing front squats...

    Incline Bench: 95x5, 135x3, 185x2, 210x10, 220x5; PRs - 10RM, 5RM

    Lat Pulldowns: 175x15, 195x8

    DB Military Press: 35s x 5, 60s x 10, 70s x 3

    DB Pullovers: 90x12, 100x6

    Paused Squats, Raw: 135x5, 225x5, 275x3, 325x3

    Squats, raw: 225x20

    Decline Situps: (BW+10)x20, (BW+20)x6

    Time: 60min
    BW: 263.0lb

This was another decent session, in spite of a little bit too much chit-chatting. Incline bench went decently - it is fun to turn a former 8RM into a 10RM. I eliminated the problem of front squats, and tried out some paused squats (thanks, Manveer!). To get a little pump, I cranked out an easy set of 20 regular squats. The weight was conservative, but it will come up.

My heart and lungs are operational.

Rowing machine: 4x1000m with 2 minute rest; warmup & cooldown of 1000m each

    BW: 261.5lb

This was a hard but excellent session. I beat the previous average pace, so there is progression. I was very well aware of having a working heart and lungs during and after these intervals.

    Previous average pace: 1:51.3 (3x1000)

    Today's average pace: 1:49.7 (4x1000)

    YEAH BUDDY!!!

This continuing-to-better-pace-while-adding-volume cardio stuff is pretty impressive! Keep it up man

Thanks cg! I've been feeling better throughout the day and sleeping like a rock at night. I've been able to push my weight sessions a little harder than I could previously, also a good thing. I'd like to get to three ~ 40 minute sessions per week - I've been adding very slowly, so I don't burn out too easily.

Saturdays are for Rowing & Baking

    Rowing machine: 8039m in 32:00, 5 minute cooldown (1074m)

This was another session where I alternated ~ 1 minute at 1:50 pace and ~2 minutes at 2:03-2:10. I was able to keep the average pace below 2:00 for the entire session, something I've never been able to do before.

Today's baking: sourdough bread and pizza. I've been making pizza dough with sourdough - it has been coming out nicely. Quite tasty.

Stay strong, people of the internet.

Nice work, on both counts! Glad I'm not the only guy on here who enjoys baking, though I don't think I've ever actually baked bread - more cakes and other sweet stuff here. Sourdough pizza base sounds nice.
