Its so funny - couldn't put 205 up (which is really weird), but hit all 50 at 130. Ah well. I'll repeat this one next time and I'm sure I'll get the 205 up.

Its a steamy one out there today! Most mornings, my garage is pretty cool. This morning, it felt really hot. So, I opened the garage door to get some what I assumed must be cool air in there. HUGE mistake. Was even hotter and more humid outside!! Anyway, was feeling pretty drained this morning. Not much sleep last night. Got the 295 up. Bar speed was on the slow side, not a grind, but not as fast as I would have liked. On the plus side, got all 50 at 200.
Now, that's getting some volume done. Nice.

Argh. I thought I had this deadlift thing down. Could even break 317.5 from the ground. So weird. I'm wondering if its because I do these at the end of my training week, or so early in the morning. I'm going to try moving them to Mondays. If that doesn't help, I'll try them in the evenings instead.
