What?? Last time, I got two triples at 205. Now I'm getting a single and a double?? What is going on here? Bench felt better, but 265 still felt harder than it should have. On the plus side (I guess) the curls were easy!

This would be a 2RM PR. I waited 5 minutes before the second set - maybe that was not enough time. My 1RM PR is currently 305. Would be really nice to at least get that for a double next week. Press is going very well on the volume side of things (whish the same was true on the intensity side). In either case, I'm pretty happy with this.

I'm thinking these medium days are still too light. I went up 20lbs on the squat from last time, but I have a feeling I should be working harder. I'll continue to tune.

Still going well and pain free. I think I had one more squat in me, but I am still a little scared to push it. I know I had a few more deadlifts, but I didn't want to push those either. It was still hard enough.
Thank you, Bob!! A two wheel single is my near term goal, and is just about 3 lbs over body weight. I would be thrilled with a double.

A little disappointed with bench - 305 was my 1RM PR going into today. I went for a double, and almost got there, but didn't. I went for a second set, and did something unracking it, so I didn't even attempt. I re-racked and moved on. Not sure if I'll hit my 315 goal or not this cycle. Press was better! Pretty happy with almost a 5x5 at 185. I'll hit 185 again next week then start microloading it.

Significantly increased the deadlift weight. Probably should have done the same with squat. Either way, no time for dips today. Will try to hit them tonight. Probably not a good idea to do them tomorrow, as I don't want them to interfere with press on Thursday.
