    Deadlift 5x135, 3x225, 1x315, 3/2x355
    Curlzz 5x45, 6/8/8x115, drop set

    I'm really wondering if deadlifts every other week would be the way to go for me. Not sure what I'd do on the non-deadlift weeks, though. Anyway, squats went ok. They still feel heavy, and the last rep slowed considerably, but they got done. Couldn't hold the back in extension for deads anymore, so decided not to push it.

    Not surprised the bench didn't go. Have been a little ill this weekend, and I suspect my strength is down a touch. Will probably reset to 290 or so and work back up.

    Pretty good day today. Squats were feeling sort of hard, deads were feeling sort of easy, and dips felt great.

    I did NOT want to get out of bed this morning. Glad I did. Squats are getting tough - mostly because I think I need to add in some conditioning. I'm moving to 5 lbs increments. Bench and RDL are still moving along nicely.

    Well, not a great one today. Missed the 227.5 press. Went back to 215 for a quick one. Was supposed to get 6 doubles on the bench... but that didn't really work out! Waited 5 minutes between each. Didn't have time to wait any longer.

    Well, after laying in bed for about 5 minutes trying to justify not working out, I got up and did it. I was hoping for at least 3 on the squats, so that was a bit disappointing. The deads felt awesome! They went up very easily, and I was excited because I had intended to load 365. It then occurred to me that 3 45's and 2 10's on each side is only 355. Sigh. I guess I'll still take it, since it took two sets last week to get 5 at 355, but I was still disappointed.

    Well, I ended up taking the rest of last week off. No good reason. Just slightly sick and very tired. I hope I'm back this week!! I was really hoping for 4 at 290, but after the third I decided not to attempt it, so I did a second set instead. Press felt much harder than I was expecting, too. Overall it just felt good to be doing work again.

    Squats went well. Last rep a little slow. Still not in the groove. Deads felt great. Dips felt great for reps the first few on the last set, then it was a hard stop, lol.

    Man, tough day. Was expecting at least 4 on the press, and the bench was very very hard - then I realized I was supposed to do three sets, not two. Sigh.
