    Squat 2x5x45, 5x135, 3x185, 2x225, 3x5x255
    Bench 2x5x45, 5x135, 3x185, 2x225, 3x3x275
    Deadlift 5x135, 3x225, 2x315, 0x365, 5x335

    Squat wasn't too bad, so I think I am getting used to the airbike. Bench was a big struggle. Was hoping I'd at least pick up one rep. Deadlifts were sort of hard too. 365 didn't go up, but 335 felt super easy. Its all in my head at this point. Down to 211 this morning.

    A couple of questions if you don't mind...

    1) Is there a way that you could use the ABoD on Saturday's rather than Thursday before your heavy squat?
    2) Do you use a belt for deadlifts?

    I use the air death 3 times a week - Monday, Thursday & Friday. Monday is the day after my volume squats. Thursday is right after my intensity squat (I have no idea how I manage this - probably not optimal), and Friday is 2 days before my volume squats.

    So far, it seems that it hasn't affected my squat or deadlift progression. That being said, there are a few on here who do conditioning the day before lower volume/intensity, and it seems to be working just fine for them. So as you mentioned, maybe you're getting used to the ABoD.

    Thanks for the questions!

    1) My heavy squat day is actually Monday, so doing it on Thursday gives me more time for recovery by Monday. Friday is my medium squat day. And, while I technically could do it Saturday, I realistically wouldn't. There's always too much going on, and I would not get up early to do it.

    2) Yes, I use a belt. I put it on very loosely, grab the bar and get into position. The belt then moves to where it wants to go, I stand up, tighten the belt, and begin my lift.

    Air Bike :20/1:40 x 7

    Pretty good session today. Might bump up the chins to 40 for Thursday - not sure yet. Air bike was awful as always. One of these days I'm not going ot be able to walk up the stairs after I'm done...

    Curls 5x45, 7/7/7x115 + drop set at 95/65
    Air Bike :20/1:40x7

    Skipped my Wednesday light day. Was very tired in the morning. Ugh - not good. Today went very well, though. Happy with my chins - will probably up it to 40 for next time.

    No time for deads today :-(. Squats were easy, bench was borderline hard.

    Decent session today. Air Bike was tricky - first 4 sprints felt great... last three were awful.

    Squat and press were pretty easy. Air bike was pretty bad. I was literally seeing stars at the end of round 7. Leaving for Italy today!! Woo hoo!!
