Nice to see that you're still keeping tabs on me. It's sucks that I don't know what you've been up to lately.

1 mile run with my dog - my body was so stiff that it felt like a ton of bricks stomping down the road. Decided to toss in the towel and go indoors where it's warm

Running! What is this that you speak of?
You are crazy to be on accumulation and run! Go girl!!
Ignorance is bliss. Didn't know there was a problem with running while on Accumilation. I would defiantly call it more of a jog since my avg pace is about 12 minutes.
I find it really helpful to keep my cardio up. I think I have an easier time recovering when limiting breaks between sets to 2 minutes. I also think it helps with blood circulation when my muscles feel REALLY tight. They were too tight to be outdoors today.
Oldman - you should definitely try it for a few weeks and see how your body responds.
GO HAWKS!
