Haha! Yep. I try to remember to drink less. :-)

Got to make sure the ladies know the important stuff!

    Pretty non eventful evening.
You only deadlifted 7400 total pounds. Ho-hum, motherfuckers.

I like it, though. Can't burn out if you're ice.

1 mile run with my dog - my body was so stiff that it felt like a ton of bricks stomping down the road. Decided to toss in the towel and go indoors where it's warm

I know. I didn't want to say anything. (Actually, to be totally honest, I have been thinking about jogging lately...just to open up my lung a bit.)

Ignorance is bliss. Didn't know there was a problem with running while on Accumilation. I would defiantly call it more of a jog since my avg pace is about 12 minutes.
I find it really helpful to keep my cardio up. I think I have an easier time recovering when limiting breaks between sets to 2 minutes. I also think it helps with blood circulation when my muscles feel REALLY tight. They were too tight to be outdoors today.
Oldman - you should definitely try it for a few weeks and see how your body responds.
    GO HAWKS!
