425! Amazing.

Yes, I have been a DL roller for the last couple months. It seems to help me set my back and I'm sitting into the lift. I saw a guy who lifts really big doing it in the gym and thought that I'd give it a try. Do you roll? I haven't noticed.
The stance is new as well. I used to be an arm dangler and that's how I messed up my collarbone.

Nope, I'm not a roller. I like things to be exactly the same every time and that's hard to do with a dynamic start.
I noticed the hip drop too. I suspect Rip would say to watch your hips in the vid-- they still come up before the bar starts moving. Personally, I'd say if it helps you get tight and cues pulling the bar back to keep it close, then do what you need to do. I don't follow the SS model precisely for all my lifts now either (hell, I'm pulling sumo now!), though I did as a novice.
I didn't think so...my set up is a work in progress. My form was pretty text book on all fronts when I was a novice. Now I'm tweaking things to lift the most weight and there have been a few adjustments that I don't think everyone would agree on but they're working for my body type and help me maximize my best ASSets
Damn, 425. Looked awesome.
Squat big tonight!
Good luck tonight, Lakshmi!
Wah! Wah! Wah! No squatting tonight. Apparently I misunderstood instructions last. Bench tonight, squat Friday. Hit a PR tonight so that was good

180 was my PR prior to my shoulder problems and so I'm really happy with that.
