    Been working on getting my right IT band pain under control. Been trying to do glute strengthening exercises 2-3 times a week along with active release techniques for my TFL and quad muscles. Another thing I've been doing is gradually going from sets of three to sets of five for each 5lb increase. Have to say that tonight I didn't have that much pain.
