Did these about four hours after my morning run and they definitely felt tough. Had to grind out the last rep.

Worked all day today after working midnights the day before yesterday. Wasn't sure how I'd do tonight but I seem to be adapting to my new work schedule.

Used a narrower grip than I have been lately. Felt good and I powered through my work sets. I felt like I could have done an extra rep during the first work set but wanted to save my energy.

Used a barbell that was a tad too bent (and I don't think uniformly either). That and giving blood kind of zapped me on these.

After working midnights, getting about 4-5 hours of sleep, going for a 30 minute run, eating out with my folks, coming back home and digesting for 3.5 hours, I decide to get my session in.

Had some lower back soreness/stiffness when I started but it soon cleared up. Toward the end of my squat session, my upper back started acting up on me.

My upper back hurt between sets but didn't cramp up on me with doing the actual lifts.
